If your bodyglide.com order is not what you ordered or as expected, or if you received damaged merchandise, please retain the packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at 1-888-263-9454 for assistance.
We hope you’re happy with your products, but if you’re not satisfied for any reason, return your merchandise following the instructions below.
Body Glide processes returns of products purchased from bodyglide.com. All other returns must be processed through the retail stores or other websites where the products were purchased. We’d still like to hear from you if you’re unsatisfied with your Body Glide product. Please feel free to call or email.
All unopened and unused items purchased from bodyglide.com can be returned up to 30 days following purchase.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN?
After completing your online return form, simply print it out. This will serve as a packing slip (if you don’t have the original) and it provides us with details we need to expedite your return. Mail us the product, form and original packing slip (if you have it) together. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
WHEN WILL I GET CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
The received return is generally processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS TO BODY GLIDE THAT I BOUGHT IN RETAIL AND OTHER ONLINE STORES?
No. All purchases from retail stores and other online stores must be returned to the stores where the products were purchased. However, because we stand by the quality of everything we sell, we’d still like to hear from you if you’re not satisfied with your Body Glide product. Please feel free to call or email.
