Body Glide Warranty Policy

Body Glide cares about quality.

We warrant our products to be free of manufacturing defects when purchased from Body Glide or an authorized Body Glide dealer.

In these cases, please call Body Glide at 425-467-6580 and have the following information available:

  • Name of the Seller (not just a marketplace website such as Amazon)
  • Product Name and Size
  • Date of Purchase
  • Purchase Price
  • Lot/Batch code printed on the bottom of the product tube
  • Expiration date printed on the bottom of the product tube

If purchased from an authorized Body Glide reseller, to receive a refund or replacement you will need to return the original container and unused portion of the product to Body Glide with a return merchandise authorization number and a copy of the original purchase receipt.

If the product was not purchased from an authorized Body Glide reseller, Body Glide cannot warrant the condition of the product, how it was shipped or stored.

Consequently, the warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased other than from Body Glide or an authorized Body Glide dealer.
  • Products that have passed their expiration date.
  • Damage from storing the product contrary to directions on the packaging.
  • Products purchased or delivered outside the country or as designated on the package.
  • Products that have been tampered with or modified.
