For external use only on intact skin. Keep out of the reach of children. When using this product do not get into eyes. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, symptoms last more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Do not use on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, serious burns. If swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control Center right away. Store at 59 – 86 F (15 – 30 C). May stain some fabrics.

Skin Glide is even better than Body Glide! I quit wearing a bra when I turned 70, and soon realized I needed something to reduce the friction between my breasts and my chest. While Body Glide is great, Skin Glide lasts longer. Love it!
I am a fixed seat rower – over 200 miles logged in 2023. Skin Glide is an essential part of my prep for going out on the water. Fixed seat rowing has a tendency to be sensitive to imperfect clothing you might wear between your arse and the seat and this product has proven completely effective in eliminating wear and tear on the tailbone.

I am a division 1 swimmer and I discovered the body glide anti chafe balm my freshman year and it has made such a difference for me when I practice. I used to be really uncomfortable when my suit would rub against my skin and it got to the point where it was so bad the I have scars. The body glide balm has helped tremendously. I don’t chafe anymore and the skin is actually starting to heal. I’ve used this product every practice, 9 practices a week, and it makes such a difference. Highly recommend.
